I once saw this post from Jill Coleman that I saved:
I couldn't agree more.
This quote applies not just to entrepreneurs, but to anyone seeking success in health, wealth, fitness, family, hobbies, you name it...
So, what area do you want to excel in? And more importantly, are you actively investing in it?
Ironically, shortly before I saw Jill's post, Janell and I made a significant investment in ourselves. We joined a 14-week coaching program focused on rewiring our subconscious mind for our next level of success.
Some might raise their eyebrows and exclaim, "Wait, you spent $3000 on a mindset program? That's crazy!" Others might dismiss it, thinking they can't afford such an expense.
But here's the thing - our immediate reactions reflect our belief systems.
And as I've emphasized before, our beliefs shape our destiny.
That's why we continue to invest in programs that transform our beliefs and align them with our aspirations. The return on investment (ROI) is always there, even if it's not immediately apparent.
Please don't think I'm suggesting you go out and drop a hefty sum on a program right away. Everyone's journey is unique. However, I encourage you to consistently invest in yourself, even through small steps like a $10 or $15 book.
Need recommendations? Just ask!
It's fascinating how people readily spend on material possessions but hesitate when it comes to investing in personal growth. Successful individuals understand the value of self-investment. They invest in themselves, ultimately having more to spend, not only on themselves but also on others.
So, let's ponder this - are you actively investing in yourself? Are you willing to challenge your initial reactions when it comes to spending on personal development?
Food for thought.
By the way, if you're interested in improving your health and fitness, are you truly investing in that goal?
I encourage you to explore transforming your financial choices and the concept of investing versus spending.
Remember, investing in yourself is a key ingredient for unlocking your full potential.
