Right now, local farms are bursting with these nutrient-dense fruits. I'm seizing this opportunity, stocking up, and freezing blueberries for use throughout the year.
What makes blueberries my favorite summer fruit?
It's not just their delicious flavor. These little gems are incredibly versatile in various recipes. But the biggest draw is their remarkable health benefits. Their nutrient density is off the charts!
