I know what it feels like to struggle with food — to feel like you’re doing everything “right,” but still end up stuck in the same patterns.
For years, I thought food was the problem.
What I learned is that food wasn’t the issue at all.
​It was my body’s way of saying, “I don’t feel safe.”

Today, as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Somatic Transformation Facilitator, I help women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build genuine freedom with food.
